[Hpr] In case of emergency

I think it could make sense to share some other way to contact the individual (e.g. phone). This could be done informally amongst a couple people who (somewhat) trust each other. That seems like a reasonable precaution to me.

Unfortunately, my understanding is the MIA individual that helped bring this question up,, already had shared their phone #. So, it is not foolproof.
