[Hpr] Stop posting to twitter/X, while continuing to monitor it.

Hi everyone,

Regarding posting to X, I don't use it, so it doesn't affect me. if
HPR were to stop posting/monitoring on X, I wouldn't lose sleep over
it. As others have mentioned, it's not what it used to be under the
Twitter name.

As for the #oggcastplanet channel, it is indeed on Libera.chat.
Dodddummy created the channel in the hopes that one of the
janitors/admins of HPR would take it over, but it never happened. The
channel is still there on Libera, just very quiet (see attachment).
