[Hpr] Stop posting to twitter/X, while continuing to monitor it.

There are a few of us that are almost always logged into #oggcastplanet on
libera.chat, although I'm usually only active in the evening, (U.S.
Eastern) and weekends, but it would be great to see more activity there.
